At exactly 12:00 p.m. PST, Associate Justice Carpio-Morales will administer the oath of office to President-elect Aquino. Aquino will then deliver his inaugural address as the President of the Philippines. Later on, the nation will say the Pledge of Allegiance to the Philippine Flag.
