MTV complete list of nominees for the 2009, the nominees for the category of Best European Act will be announced last October 12th. Lady GaGa and Kings of Leon have the most nominations with 5 each. The 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards Live will be held in front of the Brandenburg Gate and at Berlin's new O2 World Arena on November 5th, an event that will feature performances from the likes of Leona Lewis and Green Day.
